Chapter 1: A Dream
Kasi woke up screaming. Again. It was the same, always the same. So real, so vivid and so detailed. Her senses betrayed her. She could still hear the screaming, Still see the dark red blood pooling on the floor in front of her. She could smell death all around her, the scent was overwhelming. She Could feel the cold cement floor pressing against her cheek.
For a fraction of a second she could see herself, see the fear in her own eyes.
Then she woke up. That was always where she woke up.
