In 1983, Rosetta Scott was born with a disability named cerebral palsy. Cerebral Palsy is not a disease but is characterized by nerve and muscle disfunction. In most cases, cerebral palsy can be mental & physical. Rosetta's disability is physical. Her parents abandoned her the day she was born because they didn't want a child with a disability. Rosetta grew up living in several foster homes and nursing facilities throughout New York City. Rosetta does not have anybody to call family or friends. The staff and residents from the Gardens Nursing Home bullied her often because she sucks her thumb and carries around a small red teddy bear that she received from the hospital when her parents abandoned her. When Rosetta was in high school, the students bullied her because she uses a wheelchair and stutters when she speaks. One day, Rosetta was abandoned at the park to defend herself. Victor Jackson is the CEO of Poise Magazine. The #1 fashion magazine company in New York City. Victor is passionate about the magazine. The Definition of DDLG
