"That's it! I'm about to make a desperate decision of my own and take a break from reading Lee C. Conrad's books. She is an ah-mazing author and this is the 3rd or 4th book I've read, I've lost count because I can't stop. I need a life. I need to be productive. I need to keep reading to always find out what happens.... The story set up and plot depth, the character build up, the way you find yourself just rooting for a random character - in here was the Jackel. Loved him and the perfectly placed bits of humor. So well written. Thank you for sharing your imagination with us!"
