Kagami x Marinette
3rd person POV-
It wasn’t a rainy day for sure. Although Marinette her day felt rainy, Adrian just rejected her feelings for Lila.
“I have worked so hard for him to notice me, and he didn’t even realize it.” Tears had started pouring down Marinette’s face as she just couldn’t accept that Lila has won his attention. As her vision got blurred she wasn’t paying attention to her path, She was walking on and bumped into something or someone. She used her sleeves and rubbed her eyes. That’s when she saw a beautiful young lady before her.
Up close Marinette’s face had pink dusted around her. She suddenly realized the situation and got up to apologize when the lady all of a sudden spoke “Marinette is that you” she could recognize that voice anywhere she straightened herself to get a clear look and saw who it was making her gasp. “Omg Kagami, I’m so sorry for bumping into you. I didn’t mean to.“. It happened to be Kagami, Adrian’s ex-girlfriend.
Kagami accepted the apology with a neutral tone as she wants to be bothered by what has just happened and was about to walk away Marinette grabbed her arm trying to get her attention which caused her to flinch at first.
" I wanted to ask if we can hang out sometime,” Marinette asked
Sure is all Kagami said till she soon faded into the park’s parking area.
Marinette then turned her attention to think to herself (If I can’t get his attention then I will take his ex)
-A few months later-
It has been months since the two girls got caught up in life but throughout the time but as time went by the two girls then started to gain more feelings for each other it’s not like anyone will mention it.
Until one day someone did Kagami was standing in the park waiting for Marionette to come she was holding Sakura flowers to confess as she thought roses were too overused.
Marinette showed up in a flowing white dress that she has designed herself. Running up to Kagami she tossed herself into her arms and hugged almost making them fall back but quickly gain their posture.
“Marinette, I have called you here today to tell you that I like you more than friends. That I love you 💖.” She said nervously, although she was never the person to be nervous.
Marinette turned red at the sudden realization and quickly accepted the feeling of hugging her and for Kagami to pull her into a kiss. For the rest of the day they spent in the park bonding about their newly made relationship.
