Another Great Mafia Romance
"Broken Destiny A. Duncan What a whirlwind of emotions. Sloane is not our typical mafia princess. While she is kept in the dark about the business her father makes sure that she is skilled in the ability to defend herself. So we know she can hold her own. It gives us a female character who can essentially stand on her own alongside our male counterparts. Cinn is also raised in the mafia, but it’s not the same for him as for the princess. But when he thinks he’s actually lost his chance to be the man she needs he gets it together to prove he can be that man after all. He has to be able to go toe to toe with our princess. It’s a quick read, with only twenty-four chapters, but it is classic A. Duncan novel. The world building, complex characters and just a story steeped in emotion. The sheer talent of A. Duncan breathes throughout every story she writes. And she does mafia romance so very very beautifully. "
