Kaito Momota and the Sorcerers Stone

Hi, I'm Kaito Momota and this is the day I became a mutant. Just kidding! In seriousness though, this was the day I discovered I had magic powers. Before today, I knew nothing about magic or anything like that. Heck, I didn't even believe in magic. It started on June 4th. I got up like I usually did, trying to get over that feeling most people have on the day after their birthday. I grew up in the country so there wasn't a lot of people around, but that was fine with my granparents, who said I was more thalln enough for anyone. I am ten years old and people say I'm Impulsive, but I don't know what they're talking about! My biggest passion has always been the stars and I love talking about them too anyone who will listen. I ran down the stairs, tripped, and stumbled. down the rest of the way. I then found my star jacket and put it on, doing my best to remember it's familiarity. My parents had died, and thirens jacket was the only thing I had left of my mother. My grandparents loved my parents and would show me pictures of them thoug, which did help. After saying goodbye to my grandparents, I started sprinting to the bus stop, really hoping I wouldn't miss the bus again. I have a habit of getting distracted but I'm not an idiot! I did my best to ignore the jerks that thought I was weird because I loved space, but I had to continue switching seats because they really liked bugging me. I was really excited today, because it was the last day of school!

I ran into the school and then tried to slow sown best I could so I wasn't in trouble for running in the halls again. I wan't trying to break rules, but the world sometimes just moves too slow and I need to skate in on my own pace. I tried to play attention to my classes, but if I'm being honest I was to focused on the end of school to play to much attention. "Hey idiot!" I heard Aren say and I turned away, just trying to get home. Unfortunately, I missed the bus which meant I had to walk home. It wasn't really far, but I didn't want my grandparents to be worried about me. I heard footsteps and turned around to see Aren, Lire, and Andy had been tailing me. I give a frustrated groan at that. I really don't like bullies, and I just wanted to get back to making my rocket plans for when I definitely go to space. "Where you going dork?" Andy smirked and it took all my willpower not too punch him in the face. "Home," I retorted an tried to just ignore them, but they wouldn't take the hint. Lire then pushed me, and before Id the chance to punch whoever was closest to me, I went flying into the lake. Rats. But just then, the weirdest thing happened! I fell into the lake d managed to pull myself out, but I was completely dry for some reason. I knew I shouldn't be dry, I didn't even understand how this was possible. When I turned back to the bullie"s though, they looked terrified. "Wha.. Wha?!" Andy stuttered as all of the jerks looked at me with newfound horror. I didn't really care much if I'm being honest, as long as they didn't try to bully me or anyone else. I was to focused on the super weird thing that has just happened, and It was all I could think about as I walked home. When I got back to my house, I immediately explained being completely dry to my grandparents, but they actually knew a lot more about the situation than I would have thought. " Well Kaito, you are actually a wizard." "What!?" I shouted not believing that at all. "Well there is a school for magic, for people that have magical abilities called hogwarts. We were so happy a few weeks ago when your get your exceptance letter, and We'll take you in a few months to get your books." I just stared, I had magic? That would really be a lot to swallow
