Chapter 1
The village of Tungar was peaceful and simple, surrounded by lush green fields and clear blue skies. A small family lived on the outskirts of the village, consisting of a hardworking couple and their three children: an older brother named Ali, a sister named Amna, and a curious and adventurous young boy named Hasan.
One day, the tranquil life of the village was shattered when a massive flood hit, destroying homes and leaving the villagers stranded. The family, like many others, found themselves on the road, with nothing but the clothes on their backs and a sense of uncertainty for the future.
In the midst of the chaos, a donation drive was organized to provide aid to the flood victims. Hasan, being the curious child he was, went exploring and stumbled upon a doctor's overall among the donated items. He excitedly showed it to his family, who had mixed reactions to the strange garment. Ali scoffed at it, dismissing it as useless, while Amna expressed concern that Hasan could have been hurt while exploring. But Hasan was ecstatic to have found something so intriguing and special.
Their journey to safety was difficult, but eventually they found themselves in a flood relief camp. However, tragedy struck again when an epidemic swept through the camp, claiming the lives of Hasan's parents. The siblings were left alone and vulnerable, with no one to care for them.Ali and Amna were taken in by different families in the camp, while Hasan was adopted by a kind-hearted man named Ahmed, who recognized the boy's potential and promised to provide him with the best education possible. Ahmed was a former doctor himself, and he recognized the spark of curiosity and passion for medicine in Hasan's eyes.
Years passed, and Hasan grew up to become a talented and dedicated doctor, driven by a desire to help others and make a difference in the world. He never forgot his siblings and wondered what had become of them. However, fate had a surprise in store for him.
One day, a female patient was brought into the emergency room, accompanied by a man who looked eerily familiar. After some time, Hasan realized that the man was his long-lost brother Ali. But instead of a joyous reunion, Ali was consumed by anger and bitterness, blaming Hasan for abandoning him and his sister when they needed him the most. The pain of losing their parents and being separated from each other had taken a toll on Ali, and he had become a shell of his former self. Hasan was devastated by Ali's accusations, but he knew deep down that he couldn't have done anything differently. He had been a child himself when their parents had died, and he had been taken in by a kind man who had provided him with opportunities he could have never dreamed of in their village. Nevertheless, Hasan vowed to do everything in his power to help Ali and his sister, Amna, and to mend the broken bonds of their family. As Hasan worked to heal his brother's physical and emotional wounds, he also found himself falling in love with Ahmed's daughter, Aisha. Her bright smile and gentle touch brought a sense of peace to Hasan's busy life, and they soon got married.
However, their happiness was short-lived as a global pandemic swept through the world, claiming countless lives and leaving many families shattered. Hasan, being a doctor, was called upon to answer the call of duty, despite the risks to his own life.
Years passed, and the world slowly recovered from the pandemic. Hasan and Aisha had a son, who was the joy of their lives. But tragedy struck again when Hasan fell ill with a new strain of the virus, despite all his precautions and expertise. He fought hard, but in the end, he succumbed to death.
After the doctor's funeral, his family and friends gathered to mourn his passing. Among them was the doctor's older brother, who had finally come to terms with his past and was now trying to make amends for the way he had treated his younger brother.
As they sat together, the elder brother noticed a young boy playing in the garden, chasing after butterflies and laughing with pure joy. The boy reminded him of his brother when he was a child, full of life and wonder.
"Is that your son?" the elder brother asked the doctor's wife.
She nodded with a sad smile, "Yes, he is. Our son was the greatest gift my husband left for me."
The elder brother watched the boy for a while longer, feeling a sense of peace wash over him. He knew that his younger brother had found happiness and love in his life, and that his legacy would live on through his son.
As the sun began to set, the elder brother stood up to leave, but not before he turned to the doctor's wife and said, "Thank you for showing me the beauty in life again. I wish I could have done more for my brother, but I promise you that I will always be there for his son."
And with those words, the elder brother walked away, leaving behind a sense of hope and healing in the hearts of all those who had gathered to remember the life of the kind and compassionate doctor.
