St. Anton Holdings AG Announces The Acquisition Of British Racing Green

Today St. Anton Holdings AG, the parent company of the fuel to transportation group, Black Run Enterprises, announces the purchase of the historic UK based racing team: British Racing Green.

Speaking about the acquisition Klaus Niederhoffer, chairman and CEO of St. Anton Holdings AG said:

“I have worked hard to build up Black Run Enterprises in the interests of its shareholders.

As chairman and CEO of the listed holding company St. Anton Holdings AG I am delighted to announce the acquisition of the racing team, British Racing Green.

An iconic marque amongst teams such as Ferrari, Lotus and Williams. The team that was the first to build a car for a British driver to win the drivers’ championship. The first non-works, non-road car manufacturer to win the constructors’ championship. The first team to win the constructors’ championship three years in a row.

Granted these achievements may be faded memories recorded in black and white. But we will bring the glory days back in glorious technicolour!

Yah?!

We will pop champagne corks on the podium together! With hard work and discipline we will leverage the organisational expertise of Black Run and lead this team back to its rightful place. As champions!

In Hans and Bobby I am told British Racing Green is in the hands of two most excellent drivers. They and others know this team, it’s ethos. We will work with them to see what we can achieve and build a future. A future in which British Racing Green once again wins races and dominates the opposition.

Why British Racing Green for Black Run? A British team being bought by an Austrian? Hah! Despite Brexit we are all European! So no problem!

Seriously the technology and abilities in my group and opportunities with British Racing Green to build back its brand provide an enhanced platform to further expand Black Run's global reach. For the board this is too good a chance not to take. We will succeed. We will win together.”
