Chapter 1: A Chance Encounter

Liam walked through the halls of the university, his nose buried in a book, his curly dark hair was a mess. He was running late for his next class and didn’t have time for any distractions. His brown eyes were focused on the next. He had always been a serious and dedicated student, and he was determined to do well.

As he turned the corner, he suddenly collided with someone, sending his book flying out of his hands. He looked up to see a beautiful blonde girl standing in front of him, a surprised look on her face.

“I’m so sorry!” Liam said, scrambling to pick up his book.

“It’s okay,” the girl replied with a smile. “I’m Allie, by the way.”

Allie looked beautiful in the light. Her long blonde hair was pulled up into a messy bun. She had a seagull-like birthmark on her face that seemed to disappear with her beautiful smile. She was short for her age. Her bright brown eyes sparkled as she laughed.

“Liam,” he replied, feeling his cheeks flush with embarrassment.

Allie helped him gather his books, and Liam couldn’t help but notice how her smile seemed to light up the entire hallway. He felt a strange sensation in his chest, one that he couldn’t quite explain.

“Thanks for helping me,” he said, trying to hide his nervousness.

“No problem,” Allie replied. “Are you going to Professor Johnson’s class too?”

Liam nodded, and they walked together to the lecture hall. As they made their way to their seats, Liam couldn’t shake the feeling that he had just met someone important. He couldn’t explain it, but something about Allie had captured his attention.

Throughout the class, Liam found himself distracted by Allie’s presence. He couldn’t concentrate on the lecture, and he kept stealing glances at her. She seemed to be completely absorbed in the material, her face focused and intense.

As the class ended, Liam gathered his things and headed towards the door. Allie caught up to him and fell into step beside him.

“Hey, do you want to grab a coffee or something?” she asked, flashing him another one of her dazzling smiles.

Liam hesitated for a moment, feeling a flutter in his stomach. He wasn’t used to being asked out, especially by someone as outgoing and beautiful as Allie.

“Sure,” he said, trying to sound casual.

As they walked to the coffee shop, Liam felt a strange mix of excitement and nervousness. He had never been on a date before, and he didn’t know what to expect.

Despite his nerves, he couldn’t help but feel drawn to Allie’s energy and enthusiasm. As they chatted over their drinks, he found himself opening up to her in a way he hadn’t with anyone else.

As they said their goodbyes, Liam felt a sense of regret that their time together had to end so soon. He realized that he didn’t want their conversation to end, and he wanted to get to know Allie better.

As he walked away, Liam couldn’t shake the feeling that he had just met someone who would change his life forever.
