"I was immediately hooked on this one! It pulled me in and I couldn't stop reading. It started off with apathy and anger, but the end sort of just pulls everything together and gives the reader a sense of hope, however small. Maybe that's just the amount the main character needed to keep going? I don't know. But what I DO know is that is an amazing piece of work!"

One thing I'd recommend in the latter half of the chapter (maybe the latter two thirds) is a little more inner monologue (thoughts of main character) but that's just my style. "This was a really short story, that a lot of people should take the time to read. As you get to know the two characters, what brought them there, it's a very compelling story. Very powerful.
