Chapter 1 - Melts are better

Let us venture into a world where literally are what you eat. When people reach adulthood, they must choose a food and eat only that. Their bodies will adopt certain characteristics of the animal or plant they consume.

“There’s nowhere to run now! You’re toast!”

“Actually I prefer the name grilled cheese.”

Our hero, Dave, has been cornered by an odd individual. It is a person who has only human characteristics.

“Can’t you see I have human characteristics? I freaking EAT PEOPLE!”

“Weird flex butter ok. What do you eat, complete failures?”

The man had started to get sick of Dave. People were supposed to be scared to death of him. He was a madman, “Foodcity’s most dangerous villain ” as the local news channel called him.

“You stupid kid! You can’t escape. I’ve already gotten your family. Your parents are dead!”

“Yeah, My mom’s a wheat bread and my dad’s a flat bread. Not that flat anymore though, he has been letting himself go recently.”

“Dude, I said DEAD, not BREAD. I’m a wanted fugitive for fudge sake, I’ve been slipping through the police’s fingers since months.”

“Dude I have the same problem! All this butter just-”

“THAT’S NOT WHAT I MEANT! YOU’RE THE MOST ANNOYING FOOD PERSON I’VE EVER MET. ALSO, MELTS ARE BETTER.”

“WHAT THE-”

The Police discovered the body the next day. The officer called it the most brutal food murder he had ever seen, since back when Gordon Ramsey went rogue. Our hero Dave is still on the run, slipping through the police’s fingers with his buttery goodness.

CINNAZEN: I loved this book. I’m starting on book two and I’m confused because they talk about her being pregnant in the third chapter after they set off on their way to the new location BUT in this book she’s bleeding and not sure if she’s even pregnant? So that’s one of the things that’s confusing. It doesn...
