Celeste possesses a time quirk.
This is different from her mums telekinetic type or dads air type quirk.
This was due to a genetic mutation she went through at the age of 6.
This allows the user to manipulate time however they want. Making it slow down, speed up or stop completely.
This affects other things time related which is basically everything.
The quirk does not affect its user in any way, the user moves normally like they would without quirk activation.
Eg;
The time taken to walk to a supermarket without the quirk being active would be the same as when the quirk is activated.
The quirk affects others to perceive the user as moving fast however it is them moving slow.
This quirk is often mistook as super speed.
They are not related in any way.
Weakness: Long range quirks, speed quirks or other time related quirks.
It's been said that if the user over exerts them self they could end up aging too far forward or backwards which makes sense but could maybe just be a rumor who knows.
Backstory
Celeste grew up abroad with her mother and father, her father was her idol as a child because he taught her everything she needs to know about the world.
Strange things began happening as Celestes quirk grew weaker everyday till she woke up and had lost it completely one day.
Her father tried to find solutions and the cause behind it however he couldn't so instead he neglected her, she was of no use to him.
Miraculously, the young girl woke up with her quirk again but this time it was an new one completely unrelated from her old one.
Her father detested her and rejected her as his child moved away to japan and forgot about his family. All this while Celeste thought things would be back to normal with him gone however her mother began showing hostility towards her.
As the years went by with no contact from her father and little interaction with her mother who now suffered from a heart disease, she began to hate the world around her.
Her mother eventually died from too much stress. This caused her to move to Japan and this is where her story begins.
