The Veils Demise

A man wearing a hoodie watches his friends one by one get massacred by a being of destruction his knees on the floor with his head up watching in horror. A woman rushes over to him hugging him “please fight for a better tomorrow” the woman turns back around ready to fight, she rushes the being but as she fights her body begins to crack, and she shatters into small particles of light that float up into the sky the man tries to grab the particles.

“No this wasn’t supposed to happen, not like this... not again.. This is unfair, without you guys everything will be lost ″ The man looks at the being again who just laughs at him, his eyes piercing through the man’s soul.

“What a shame you came all this way and you were met with the same fate” The being raises his hand into the air preparing one last blast, as he looks at the fallen boy a smile creeps on his face

The man, looks at the blast charging slowly “....how did it ever come to this...?”

Long ago there were two kingdoms, one kingdom was filled with light, the other was filled with darkness, the kingdom of darkness was called Mani and the kingdom of light was called Helios. They both lived peacefully, however both kingdoms were divided, they could never cross the borders if they did, it would be forbidden. The kingdom of Helios cherished the light, the bright blue skies, and the clouds. Everywhere you looked seemed colorful, and the people were happy living in peace. Meanwhile the people of Mani cherished the night, they loved watching the stars, and the moon. However one night, two rogue travelers from the different kingdoms crossed the borders, and they came back to tell their people about what they saw. Soon the kingdoms became jealous of one another. The people from Helios began to love the idea of a dark starry night sky. They loved the idea that different planets, different stars, different universes can be seen within the kingdom of Mani.

Meanwhile the people from Mani were jealous, that they could never see the bright blue skies, the colorful rainbows that would appear after a rain, or even the sun, and the bright beautiful colors that were visible during that type of day. The two rogue travelers were caught one fateful day, and were demanded to be executed by the two kings.

However when the day of execution came they both vanished. Never to be seen again, but

As jealousy, and hatred began to grow. The people began to cross the veil. The kings would soon become enraged by this for the people who crossed over they would be executed on the spot, and soon after war would commence between both kingdoms in order to see who can control the planet. But soon rumors began to spread about a realm that can be accessed within the veil, within this realm there is said to be celestial power, and whoever could control it would control the very powers of the universe, and so the kings fought on in order to access it...

A knight is seen slowly approaching a bush ready to hide himself against the threat that he hears, he hides within the bush. He removes some of the leaves that block his vision, as he does, he sees a hunched over person kneeling, the soldier can see blood on their face, their eyes a bright yellow, their hair is messy, its skin a caramel color. The person to the knight was not human anymore. “My god.. This is..” he looks at what the creature is eating, another knight’s entrails are seen on the floor and he can see that bits and pieces of the brain are stuck on the creature’s teeth. He steps back on a branch which snaps, the creature overhears it stops feasting, it begins to stand slowly, and stretch to its full length, as it does bones begin to crack with each small movement. The creature slowly turns its head to view the area behind him his neck begins to crack in an unnatural way

the knight bites his own lip hard enough to make it bleed, his eyelids expand. All he can see now are the same yellow eyes that shine through the bushes. The creature quickly rushes through the bush, and he pounces on top of the knight pinning him to the ground, the creatures mouth hangs open. Staring its new meal. It jolts its head upwards looking at the moon, it begins laughing slowly then the creature laughs hysterically like a madman, its head jolts back to stare at the knight. The knight sees its fresh full face, the mouth hangs open and drool is seen leaving it, the creatures eyes begin to vibrate violently, with no hesitation the creature shouts “NO GODS CAN SAVE YOU NOW!” with a swift strike from the creature everything goes dark...
