When the lights went out in the small town of Millville, everyone thought it was just a power outage. But when the first body turned up, it was clear that something sinister was afoot.
Enter Detective Jade, a bumbling but well-meaning cop who always seems to be in the wrong place at the wrong time. With the help of her trusty partner, Detective Rodriguez, Jade begins to investigate the murders, but it's not long before she realizes that this case is anything but ordinary.
As the body count rises, Jade finds herself in a race against time to catch the killer before they strike again. But with suspects around every corner and clues that lead nowhere, Jade begins to question whether she's cut out for this line of work.
