Chapter 1: The Town's Guild Hall
In a certain kingdom they are preparing for a 10-year expedition to explore the world and solve the mystery about the origin of monster that roams the land for a thousand years. The of fear of monsters attacking the village killing eating humans some extraordinary people adapt to the environment and mysteriously got some kind of power no one knows where this power came from some people born with it some people just don’t have it.
A young adventurer named Hanta wants to solve the thousand-year mystery and look for his parents. He’s been left with his aunt and uncle to raise him the only clue that he got is that they were adventurers.
Then he trains himself to be stronger even he’s just a kid he starts at age 8 to strengthens his body to endure what awaits him, gathering wood from the forest battling wolves and other monster that gets in his way training himself so he can pass the test to become adventurer and be part of the expedition.
But the expedition is costly he needs to go to the magic academy and pass it first rumors says they teach some basic surviving skills like cooking, hunting, navigation and harsh environment basic handling of weapon of their choice, how to defend themselves, basic knowledge of the world, lastly when you pass their test, they will teach how to obtain magical powers.
He needs some income to join the academy since he’s training in the wilderness at age 8, he conquered the mountain near the village at age 17 he gathers woods, fruits and meat with his uncle all the way to the town.
They set up a small store in towns market but it's not enough to pay the fee in the academy, so he thinks of other way to earn then he saw many people gathering on the town’s guild hall. Many strong looking people gather and they’re all adventurer because the “Grand expedition” is happening soon only 2 months to be exact, and the academy will be 1 month of study he only got 2 weeks to make money for the academy fee.
He knows he’s out of time and then he saw some people walking out of guild with lots of silver and gold coins, so he got curious and see how it works.
Then he enters the guild, and the adventurers look at him some laugh and says funny things like “Are you looking for your mother or father?” and he ignore them some lady adventurer found him cute and want to take him home he just smiles at them and go straight to the counter.
He asks the counter how they make money, and they point him to the mission board he goes to the board and the mission is not for young man like him killing monster and beast getting their “loots” and that’s just class d mission and he don’t have any experience of killing monsters.
He goes to counter again and ask the lady he needs money really bad and he want to join the magic academy and be an adventurer so the lady points him at supply department that gathers some light material for the upcoming expedition like wood, metals, ore for the cart spare parts, some fibers for their tent and clothing some plant to use as medicine everybody is looking forward to the grand expedition.
