Ace & Koko
Axton Blackwood, also known as Ace by his near and dear ones, is a young man in his late 20s who works as a techie in a big firm. He obtained his Master’s degree in Computer Science from the prestigious Gold University and secured a position in a well-known reputable company. Ace possesses exceptional technological prowess and has even started a side business, which he pursued as a part-time hobby. In terms of physical appearance, Ace stands at 6 feet tall with an average build. He has a brown complexion and sports a thick black beard and mustache. Additionally, Ace excels in swimming and has even won a few competitions in the sport. With his expertise, he has transformed his home into a smart home, incorporating numerous advanced security features. What initially began as an experimental project has gradually evolved into an impressive accomplishment over time. Furthermore, Ace possesses a large set of drones that he can operate remotely. When he aligns all his drones behind him, it resembles the iconic Iron Suits from the battles of Tony Stark. Speaking of superheroes, Iron Man happens to be Ace’s favorite Avenger, with Spider-Man being his second favorite. Ace aspires to become more like his ideal superhero by integrating AI and voice recognition technology to control his drones in the future. He even envisions building a suit for himself and adopting the name ‘Dronewood’.
Kismet Everhart, also known as Koko, is a young lady in her late 20s who holds a prominent position as an archaeologist and geospatial analyst. She earned her Dual Master’s degrees in Geography Information Systems and Archaeology Studies from the esteemed Euclid Grace University, known for its top-ranked programs. Koko has embarked on numerous individual and group tours to various locations due to the extensive travel demands of her work. For the past 10 months, she has been on an important project, constantly on the move. Recently, she was granted a two-month cool-off period to finalize her report and also take some well-deserved time off. Despite being a workaholic who rarely takes breaks, Koko understands the importance of recharging. Alongside her passion for archaeology and geography, Koko is an avid lover of travel, photography, food, and chocolates. Whenever she visits a new place, she makes it a point to discover the best chocolate shops and indulges in tasting their offerings. Koko has created a unique collection of posters in her home, adorning her walls. Each poster showcases pictures of the locations she has visited, along with the corresponding year and month. Additionally, she includes pictures and names of the chocolates she experienced in those places. Currently, she has amassed twelve of these posters and eagerly looks forward to expanding her collection once her mandatory two-month break concludes.
When it comes to Ace’s family, we encounter a close-knit unit of five members. His father, Mr. David Blackwood, his mother, Jasmine Blackwood, his younger brother, Ash Lee Blackwood, his grandmother (David’s mother) Rose Blackwood, and his cousin brother, Holden Blackwood, comprise this family. Although Holden doesn’t reside with them, he visits whenever possible. The Blackwoods embody the purity of soul, despite their name implying a different racial background. They place immense trust in Ace and take great pride in his achievements. David is a private business owner, enjoying financial success. Jasmine fulfills the role of a homemaker, displaying deep love for her family and diligently caring for their needs. Ash is currently attending college, but his true aspiration lies in becoming a full-time YouTuber. He devotes considerable effort to his YouTube channel, primarily focusing on music-related content. Ace occasionally makes cameo appearances in Ash’s videos, greatly boosting their popularity and subscriber count due to his presence alone. Grandma Rose, a kind-hearted elderly lady, finds great joy in how her golden years have unfolded. Ace holds a special place in her heart as her favorite grandson, although Ash playfully contests this, fostering healthy competition in vying for their grandma’s affection and striving to be the better grandson. Holden grew up alongside Ace and Ash, and the trio proved to be quite a handful. As the oldest among them, Holden had to relocate to another city for his work in a security agency that provides protection for influential individuals. He adopted a consistently formal attire, but he remained the same dependable golden boy whom Ace and Ash idolized throughout their lives.
Koko’s family, on the other hand, consisted of four people and their beloved dog. Her mother, Katherine Everhart, her sister, Daisy Everhart, her grandfather, Justice Everhart, her cousin sister, Rosalind Everhart, and their faithful companion, Rocky. The Everharts were a fearless bunch, always willing to embark on bold adventures even when others hesitated. They held a deep love for one another and would go to great lengths to remain united, believing that family is everything. Rosalind, the eldest and most mischievous among the sisters, was affectionately called Roe by the family. Daisy, being the youngest, possessed a wisdom beyond her years. Koko often felt like the middle child in terms of upbringing. Daisy held the position of favorite granddaughter in their day-to-day activities, and Koko always fell just one point short of surpassing her to become the new favorite. Katherine owned and managed a chain of three spa businesses in town, ranking third among the spa community as recognized by the Daily Bubble newspaper. Due to her busy schedule, Katherine employed maids to help with household tasks. Pasta constituted a significant portion of their meals, and every Saturday night, they would gather for a family get-together filled with laughter and joy. Barbecues, abundant pasta dishes, music, campfires, and fun activities took place around their private pool. Rocky, the well-behaved and beloved dog, received special treatment, and Koko held a special place in his heart.
Ace is an early riser, waking up at 6 am and promptly heading to the gym. Despite having an average build, Ace aims to push himself further by engaging in weight training, muscle-building exercises, and cardio workouts. He enjoys listening to energizing music during his training sessions, allowing the pulsating beats to maximize his workout intensity. After spending 90 minutes at the gym, he returns home and takes a refreshing cold shower, believing that the cool water aids in his body’s recovery after the strenuous workout. For breakfast, Ace typically consumes a meal consisting of eggs, fruits, and oats. He then cycles to his workplace, which conveniently happens to be close to his home. Starting his workday at 9 am, he remains focused until 5 pm. Upon swiftly returning home, he engages in a friendly game of badminton with his friends, followed by a refreshing swim in the pool. By around 8 pm, he concludes his activities and returns home. In the evening, all the members of his family come together for dinner, gathering around a long, oval-shaped dining table. Before beginning the meal, they offer prayer and engage in discussions about their respective days. After bidding each other goodnight, they part ways. Ace then takes a relaxing hot water shower before retreating to his workshop, where he dedicates time to his part-time business. In the background, he plays soft music at a low volume to create a pleasant working environment. If there are any urgent orders, Ace attends to them as soon as he completes his primary job at 5 pm. Ace usually wraps up his work in the workshop by around 12 or 1 am before retiring to bed. During weekends, he devotes his time exclusively to his workshop, aiming to expand and enhance his business’s success in the future. It is a well-known rule in the Blackwood household that Ace should not be disturbed while he is in his workshop. Occasionally, when nobody else is home, Ace and Ash engage in lighthearted prank wars, adding an element of fun to their lives.
Koko, on the other hand, enjoyed a more relaxed schedule during her time off and would typically wake up around 8 am. On workdays, she often sacrificed sleep. She would take Rocky for a walk, combining her morning stroll with a connection to nature. Afterward, breakfast prepared by their home chef and served by the kitchen maid awaited Koko. The chef was well aware of everyone’s preferences and timing for meals. Following breakfast, Koko would indulge in a swim in their private pool, followed by a revitalizing hot shower to invigorate herself. She would then settle down with some light music to focus on completing her report work. After lunch, both Koko and Rocky would enjoy a power nap on the outdoor swing, which offered a view of their backyard. In the evening, it was time for some tea and a meeting with the household staff, where they would review daily reports and discuss any important matters. Koko would later attend meetings via video call and respond to emails. Katherine, her mother, would only return home for dinner when all family members would gather for quality time together. They would share how their days went and, if anyone faced challenges, they would collectively discuss the best approach to resolve them.
