INTRODUCTION
This morning on the planet Earth, the number of enhanced, gifted or otherwise-superpowered persons nearly accounts for Fifty percent of the Global population. Of these estimated one hundred Thirty-six were civilians living mundane 'normal' lives, another An disclosed percentage are currently being held in classified research facilities funded by the Canadian Department of National Defense-or foreign equivalents, Two hundred and twenty-five hundred Twenty-nine percent are Aquatic and are semi-confined to the worlds' oceans. Minority of Thirty percent were Localized-or at least semi-Localized--powerful sentient Tree like creatures and other similarly classified element beings-some are the Hybrids either due to Genetic tampering or offspring of Alien immigrants from other far-off worlds.
Still there were their was a percentage of the Global Metahuman population that remain uncatalogued by anyone of the various Government backed organizations that are charged with monitoring and policing the ever-swelling Superpowered populace.
