Lamya walked out into the surface of light-I'm kidding. Let's get to the story. Lamya went back to her locker. She forgot her homework. She also remembered that it wasn't done. Her friend Serinety was covering for her. She went back to class and saw Michel. She shook the thought away. You will never get him he is out of your league. She walked into the classroom and sat down. Quickly jotting down answers. She studied for the review just forgot to do it. "Paper please?" "Just give me one minute." She wrote the last answer then handed it to the teacher. "Thank you." The teacher walks away. Serinety looks at Lamya. "That went well." "Very. Good thing I studied. I didn't want to but I did." "You miss your boyfriend?" "What boyfriend?" "Michel." "No. I mean he isn't my boyfriend." "But you like him." "No I do not." Michel walks in. He greets the teacher hands her his paper then sits down by friends. "What's up Mike?" "Nothing much. Just the regular stuff." "Man I can't believe summer break is over." "I can. It is only 2- Stop it. Your going to ruin the point. My mind thinks summer break is long do not change it. Do not ruin my child hood." Michel laughed at his friends. The teacher could hear everyone talking but she didn't care as long as she could still grade papers. Most people when they first meet her would probably say she is very nice. Yeah on the outside. She is very mean if you get on her bad side. Lamya was kind of bored. Finally class started. Eventually it was over. "Can you pick us a spot at the table and I will put our stuff in our locker." "Sure." They both walk out then go their separate ways. Lamya went to the lunch room. Where she could smell the food. It was great. It smelled like a gourmet meal. "Hi Ms. Lady." "Hi Lamya." Ms. Lady is Lamya's favorite lunch lady. She never actually asked her name so she always called her Ms. Lady. "What do you want on your plate?" "2 sets of peas mashed potatoes, and one plate needs a hotdog with relish." "Um. You need to eat all of that? For you to eat all of that you just look like...- Yes I need all of that. Trust the process." Ms. Lady just looked at Lamya then decided to make the plate. Lamya was not ashamed at all because it was two plates for two people. Serinety always loved relish on her hotdogs while Lamya hated it and wa-la. That's how they met. She grabbed the plates from the woman and found a simple table. Not to many people. "Hey girl." "Hi." Serinety looked at her plate and smiled. "Thank you. The smell of relish is quit pleasent." "Right." They both sat down and ate. A girl came up to Lamya. "Michel asked about you." "He did?" "Yeah I was going to my locker and he was talking to me then he was like where is Lamya?" Lamya smiles. "Really?" "Yeah. He is just right over there. You should go talk to him." "Ok." The girl walks away to some of her friends. "Watch this." Lamya got up and walked to his table in confidence. "Hi. I heard you asked about me." Michel looks at her. "I um no I didn't. I don't even know who you are." Lamya paused. She was an idiot. How would someone like him know someone like her? She turned away and ran. She was filled with embarrassment. Serinety of course followed her out. To comfort her.
