Summary

A micro-chapbook from my intermediate poetry college class. This poem collection does deal with heavy topics such as sex trafficking and ptsd. It follows 3 different original characters that experiences these tramautic events and shows how they were affected and how they have started to heal through their new loves that have supported and stuck by them. We were tasked with writing 13 poems , mine happened to come out to about 20. Also the formatting is not the same as the original chapbook

These are characters that were created by me by my own creation. They are owned by me as well as the information on character lists. I reserve the right to these characters and the stories behind them as they are a figment of my imagination.

While these are works of fiction the content is very real. Women, men, and children are kidnapped and trafficked daily. Many deal with PTSD and other serious mental anguish. People are trapped in abuse relationships that cause them to feel trapped and are emotionally, physically, and verbally abused daily.

This is my way of getting these crises awareness and I hope that people are able to take what is in these poems and use them to help others.
