Chapter 1: A Crazy Day

Tears on my pillow, raindrops on my eyes

The dew drop morning with the sun glazing in my eyes finally gave me a reason to smile

The haze that meant me on this crazy rainy day was more potent than that brief glow when the sun disarmed my face

Dressed up in lace burdened with a new disgrace I pounded the pavment as I walked away from him in my haste

Rain poured down now but with much distaste hidden sunlight illumined my face

Pain shot through my heart as I struggled with his vulgar words finally fleeing from his sight starting to seriously debate love and feel uptight

While the rain and sun now did a caressing battle. I knew this was no joke to saddle.

I managed to acknowledge that cupids arrow had laughingly hit me seemly a million odd years ago twisting and tugging my heart

Even though this love quorum was superficial at best it became immersed in a love that had grown steadily but hurriedly tart

mariedavismd312: This was Avery spiritual read. The last 2 chapters where very disappointing. That was such a let down unless there is a sequel. Burgess should have been punished for what he did. There was no explanation for his hatred for Jeremiah. I figured he was being set but just had the wrong person. I loved ...
