Chapter 1

The cicadas were singing their afternoon tune as the waves from the river calmly churn, twinkling from the sun’s rays.

Simon lie on his back quietly next to Hector watching the the movement of the river.

It is a day off from the academy and Hector insisted that they go for a swim. It really turned out to be Hector having fun in the water and hunting for fish while Simon looked on from a dry area, but that didn’t stop Hector from trying to splash at him. They had a nice meal with what Hector caught and are now lying peacefully on the bank.

Simon turns his head to Hector watching as his bare body glistens from the drying water. He had a content smile on his face with his arms folded back, supporting his head.

His red hair looked vibrant as the sun shown on him. Even when the sun was not on him, he always looked like he was glowing and others cannot help but stare at his bright figure.

A deep part of him still questions why Hector accepted being chosen by him. He was undeniably beautiful and one of the top warriors at the academy. He had a full cornucopia of people he could have had, but he accepted the sickly Simon.

Simon has been very ill all through his life. He was born with a very weak heart and had been susceptible to all illnesses. It is a miracle that his body continues to fight for him. He is so thankful that Hector is patient with him, giving him the space he needs whenever he felt fevers return. He even goes so far as to offer to stay with him at his home and care for him when the symptoms get to the point where he is unable to move.

Sometimes he would wake up from his fever and Hector would be lying next to him in his bed, his mother always happy to let him in.

He supposed it was the duty of the warrior, to look after their oracle. To ensure that the oracle is safe and healthy for their bond remain stable and work properly.

But still, he cannot help but be thankful for Hector.

His body begins to move on his own as he rolls on top of Hector. His hands planted at each sides of his head.

Simon’s movements startled Hector to opening his bright amber eyes that immediately softened after realizing it was Simon who was caused the stir.

“Are you alright Simon?” he smiles but with undercurrents of worry.

Hector pulled in his legs, bending them for Simon to straddle on his hips comfortably. He places his hands on both sides of his hips to keep him secure.

Simon gives him a quick nod letting himself feel Hector’s warm and comforting presence.

“For all of these years together have been so kind to me,” he bravely speaks. “I just wish there was a way I could return what you have done for me,”

Simon begins to rub his hips against Hector’s. They both let out a gasp at the pleasing friction.

“Simon-“ he deeply grips Simon’s hips trying to cease his movements. “It’s my responsibility as warrior to protect my Oracle, to protect you. I do not need anything in return other than your friendship.”

Simon, now feeling more braver, continued to grind on him, picking up the pace. He can feel Hector’s member stiffening.

“I can give you this at least,” he said in nearly a whisper. Simon stopped his movements for a moment to pull down his undergarments. Now he can feel Hector’s arouses more richly against him.

“Simon, “ Hector groaned trying to suppress his pleasure. “Please, you don’t have to…”

Simon takes his member and places it near his entrance. He quietly hisses as he is becoming stretched.

“Simon,” he calls him now in a panicked tone, “Please, you’re going to hurt yourself!”

Simon tried to ignore him as he slowly slows himself to sink down onto Hector’s arousal. Within minutes, he was fully filled with Hector.

Simon lets out a sigh as he allows himself to be stretched out. He takes a look at Hector’s worried face and gently strokes his sun kissed cheek.

“I’m fine, really.” He presses his forehead against Hector’s for reassurance, slightly wincing at the new movement. Through his mind, he allows calming emotions flow to Hector’s ensuring that he was okay with what they are doing. He feels Hector slightly soften his grip.

When he feels his body more relaxed, Simon begins to rock his hips. It feels foreign having something impaled beside him but that feeling soon turns into something nicer, something more pleasureful.

He picks up the pace to which Hector’s body responds with matching the pace and thrusting up deeper into him.

He feels like he’s on fire. Everything feels so wonderful especially with Hector holding him. He feels so safe, so protected, so good.

Their pace keeps increasing as their moans echo across the forest.

“Simon, I’m so close,”

This emboldens Simon to rock his hips even harder earning more gasps from Hector.

“Simon-“ was the only other warning Hector could give before he spilled himself into Simon.

The feeling also made Simon release himself as well.

Both looked into each other’s eyes as they came down, trying to catch their breath.

Hector rolled them over to where he was now on top. Simon could feel Hector’s arousal reawaken, and he also felt himself come alive once more.

Hector began to thrust himself into Simon this time with more intensity.

Simon braces himself wrapping his legs around his waist, letting out debauched moans.

Hector continues to ram into Simon at the perfect delicious rhythm. All Simon could think of in his mind was pleasure and that he needed more of it. His mind was so clouded that he nearly did not realize that he was releasing.

Hector’s thrust became more erratic before he spilled once more into Simon.

The warrior hides his face in his neck as he lets himself come back down.

Simon runs his hand through Hector’s damp crimson hair while looking up towards the sun as it beats down on them. He feels like he is truly glowing and not just from the sun.

“I’m sorry,” he hears Hector mumble. “I don’t know what came over me.”

“You did nothing wrong,” Simon assured.

“I was so good at restraining myself, holding myself down but you were so insistent, I couldn’t help myself.”

He now looks at Simon directly. “I’m so sorry, I could have hurt you. I did hurt you!”

Simon now looks to him with seriousness etched in his eyes. “I wanted it Hector,” he voices in their mental link. “I’m fine now. There is no need to worry about me.”

Hector reads Simon’s face for any sign of pain. When he can’t find any, only responds with taking his hand, rubbing warm circles with his thumb and resting his face back into his neck.

Simon could feel their bond humming with happiness.
