I never wanted to get married. My mother left me alone with an abusive father, I didn't know why she didn't take me with her. I never wanted to risk a woman leaving me again. Then three years ago I met a woman, one I was instantly attracted to. She showed signs of having a fighter spirit. Problem was, I was interviewing her for a teaching position at our school. I backed off. My best friend, the man who was like a brother to me took one look at her... and called dibs. Prick. He was not one to date or mess around, so I backed off. I didn't want a relationship anyway. I watched as she turned out to be a spy, and his soul mate. I sat back and watched each of my brothers pair off. I knew I never wanted that to happen to me, because the only woman I ever entertained the idea of more with, was now my sister. Her weaknesses were enough for me to realize my plans were the right ones. That is, until I met my Avenging Angel. The tiniest and most dangerous woman you would ever meet. She was on a mission, a mission to avenge the death of her sister. Her target - the person who had called a war on our family. The person who was attacking my family when we should have been safe. The person who was now targeting our school.

Gallandro7: I originally added this because it looked interesting and I was curious how the mate process would go. I almost removed it due to several other books ahead of it, but I took an afternoon and read the entire thing in one go.I was pleasantly surprised at how well the book was crafted and that the mate...

Ashley: I enjoyed the story. It was a short one so the fast pace fit. I think something should be put in to show a time jump between paragraphs like a "****" just to make it easier to follow when we skip to the next day week or month. Over all a good read.
