Dear my darling daughter,

I think later on people will ask me why I did it, why I took the gun, why I drove hours away, and why I hid away what I was truly feeling. When they do I wish I could give you an answer to tell them, I wish I could give you an answer. You deserve that at the least but the truth is that I was scared. I wanted to be perfect for you guys, I wanted you to have the life that I never got. I never ever wanted to leave you like this, to leave you scrambling for any kind of foothold. Here's what I can tell you, people will mourn for you and with you. You will find out who your true friends are, discover truths about your family and test the strength of your ties with your inner family. I know that a great leader lies within you and she is just waiting for her big chance. I wish I could be there with you when you break free when you finally make the world hear you. I don't know what advice to give you to make people hear you since they never listened to me. Maybe that's why I am at this point because I was tired of being another face that blended into the crowd. Or maybe it's because I was never told that I was important. That's what I had to say was important. My girl, be heard, be wise and be yourself. Do not let anyone dictate your life, not even your mother. I'm sorry I've let you down, I promised you when we first met that I would never ever leave you again but here I am, leaving you to deal with this screwed-up world by yourself. I'm sorry, I'm sorry with every being inside me.

Ku_Rolet: The novel was good, and I really enjoyed reading it. I love the leads and their bond, but I have one question that confused me. How could Tristan have been dreaming about his mate since he was a child if Omara was already mated to someone else before him? If Kyle had accepted Omara, would Tristan ne...
