I loved everything about the characters, the twists and turns, the way it could have you on the edge of your seat, biting all of your nails one minute then feeling a bit hot under the collar and horny the next. The author should be proud of themselves, because they have created a real special novel here, the storytelling is exquisite, and is uniquely timeless. I would like to say on behalf of all the bookworms, thank you for creating such a magnificent novel. If there is a book you should read this year, make sure you delve into this one and allow yourself to be immersed into the world of Gabe and Jess. You will not regret it! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟"

"This story is just fantastic! Beautifully written, characters you can fall in love with (or hate!) A handful of spelling mistakes but I'll blame auto correct as it's the same word - rouge when it should be rogue- as my own phone and tablet constantly 'auto correct' those two words too 🙄 Did not want this story to end - I forced myself to only read a couple of chapters each day, otherwise I would have devoured it over a weekend. Excited to see two more stories from this universe waiting to be read 😁"

She writes so consistently and weaves together a generous plot with enough spice mixed in to keep you addicted to the budding romance between Jess and Gabe. Every piece of action builds their love, trust and respect for one another. Gabe is a sexy, moody vamp who learns to drop his shields around Jess, who gets swept violently into his world. Gabe protects her throughout it all. He is a devilishly, sexy hero. The world itself is poised to erupt into so many directions, I can only fathom what the author has planned next and can't wait to see this series develop further. Thank you for this warm, cozy read. And of course, I can't-not mention the SUPER hot, sexy banter and steamy sex scenes that will make you completely obsessed with their classic dynamic. I hear down the pipeline there is some crossover happening in the future with Lady Nefalum's Come, Let Us Prey [smirks] that is going to be so f*ing epic! "I’m a native of New Orleans, a city filled with voodoo, witches and vampires. Anne Rice has always been a favorite of mine, Lestat before the cheesy movie, her yearly vampire balls and my collection of hard cover first editions that I waited in line to have autographed mean the world to me. I read and watched the sparkly vampire with my teenage daughter but it wasn’t really my thing. I believe that I’ve found my new favorite. This story is compelling. The characters and scenery are well rounded and have depth. I’m getting ready to read the new novella and I can’t wait. I hope your characters visit New Orleans in the future. "

"You will DEFINITELY not be bored by this! I'm not into the whole vampire theme but this book was soooooooo damn good! I couldn't even make a comment at any chapters because I just wanted to read and not be sidetracked! I don't even want to spoil it for anyone reading this review. Just go read the book please. There must be a part 2 because Frankie is not giving up his best creation to Andy so easily. The character development was so good and you could feel the emotions from all the fictional people, even Selene and Remus. Think I love Ramah the most as a character. He and Nyssa need their own book because I need a back story on Alistair too. I was so engrossed in this book because the writing was soooooo well done which I appreciated immensely, author took their time to write this! Netflix, Hulu, Peacock or any other platform, please turn this into a mini series. I would definitely watch! Thanks author for this masterpiece!"

"I really enjoyed reading this book. It created a range of emotions in me all the way through. There are some grammatical errors, but paragraphs still flowed well. Some of the dialogue between the 2 main characters was a bit 'cheesy' at times, and the repetition of some keywords throughout didn't seem necessary. However, I would definitely recommend this book. There were times when I just didn't want to put it down. Looking forward to the next book!"
