Poem 1
Void
In the realm where love and death entwine,
A tale of longing, bittersweet and divine,
Where hearts beat with fervor, yet souls are resigned,
Here lies the essence of a love undefined.
Oh, love death, you dance in shadows and light,
A paradoxical union, a fragile delight,
In your embrace, hearts wither and bloom,
A symphony of emotions, an eternal tomb.
Like moonlit whispers on a starry night,
Love's tendrils entwine, a captivating sight.
But death's cold touch lingers, a haunting refrain,
A reminder of mortality's inevitable pain.
In your union, passion burns, a sacred fire,
Yet death's icy grip tightens, never to tire,
The joy of love, tinged with sorrow's embrace,
A fragile balance, bound by time and space.
Love death, you paint a canvas of extremes,
Where ecstasy and despair flow like streams,
In the throes of passion, love's sweetest kiss,
Death lurks nearby, an ever-present abyss.
Moments of bliss, fleeting as a breath,
Love's fragility revealed in the face of death,
Yet in this dance, beauty is found,
In the juxtaposition of love's sacred ground.
For in the shadow of death, love shines bright,
A beacon of hope, an eternal light,
In every touch, every whispered vow,
Love death dances, even now.
So let us revel in this duality rare,
For love's essence is born from death's snare,
And though our time together may be brief,
In love death's embrace, our souls find relief.
