Luego de un largo convenio con un cartel, Manuel decide salirse y crear su propio negocio, uno lejos de los ojos de su enemigo. Para hacerse un nombre en el negocio, decide matar a Márquez, mano derecha de Osvaldo Gonzales, el mexicano que maneja todo el negocio de las drogas en Paraguay y es su más grande enemigo.
