"a fantastic fast-pased novel in an extensively built world with thoughtout histories and highly realistic cause and effects. The character's growths are believable, and dialog flows really well. My only two small gripes are the sudden passage of time when the MCs are 16-18. Small snippets of their adjustments or perhaps getting caught pushing the boundaries would have been more realistic and help emphasize the passage of time. And I would have loved to be able to tell the difference between the whispers, I only realised this a bit too late in the book. Maybe one in bold italic and one in just italic? These whispers were the best thing about the book, and the foreshadowing they created as the book went on were another level. I absolutely loved this book overall and congrats to the author on a sale worthy book. I am now rushing off to read book 2!!!! "

"I am a HUGE devotee of fantasy books but this story left me AWESTRUCK because of the italicized 'whispers' at the beginning of each chapter from either one of the deities which ushers in the invincible emotions that vastly contributed to the plot development needless to say. I especially loved how humans, witches, werewolves, and vampires are all coexisting (lots of diversity for these mystical and also the enigmatic characters who are bound to create idyllic and inconceivable wonders!!) The storytelling is compelling and perfectly descriptive (I can only suggest maybe transitions to first person POVs throughout the story even if that seems redundant 😓). Another aspect is the depth of the mystery behind the covens, the astral realm, Thresnora because I sincerely appreciated the map the author created! Yet, I have never seen such a masterpiece of a fantasy book and I am certainly looking forward to continue this series!!"
