- A Note from the Poet -
At a young age, I always felt a deep connection with poetry. From being a Shakespeare lover to having an eye on the works of poets such as Robert Frost, it was intriguing to follow up on how non-living and abstract elements were given life. I loved it when poets played around with words to create these perfect connotations for different objects and scenarios. Additionally, it was amazing to see how one’s emotions and experiences could strongly be conveyed through words. After reading a poem that was gripping and which I felt deeply drawn to, I always tended to be flabbergasted. It was just so remarkable to have that ability of feeling what the poet felt when constructing their written piece.
I believe that this was where my journey of writing poems began. It truly motivated me to test my capability of composing my own literature pieces and someday showcase my talent to the world. Now, I am so happy that I am able to reveal my written work of art to you.
I dedicate this poetry collection to my family, always encouraging me to stay strong in my writing and always uplifting my creative spirit to continue pursuing what I enjoy.
