A mission to stop Christmas... or not!
"This story starts out with Tyra who, after being killed during a mugging, is reincarnated into a snowwoman. Soon she meets one of the other main characters, Malin as they are trying to get through what seems like an endless forest. Their mission at first? To find a princess who has been captured. Along the way, Krampus, the main antagonist (who is also in Boo to the World - love those tie-ins!) finds them and he gets up to his dastardly deed of ruining Christmas once more. Of course, he is set on making everyone either join or fight him and Tyra soon finds herself in his sights. Tyra and Krampus face off finding that they are somehow equally matched. What she doesn't know is that Krampus has tricks up his sleeve... but that is to be expected with a half-man, half-demon, half-goat being! 😊 Throughout the story Tyra flip flops many times about her feelings in regard to Christmas, Krampus, and humanity. Sometimes it seems like she's dead set against the holiday but then, while faking she has spirit, it reminds her of the love of Christmas when she was a child. A crystal ball, a fairy godmother, and a wizard named Enki are also involved all of which change the course of the journey. Toward the end an unexpected (very cute) group shows themselves which I loved. Besides the Krampus tie-in from Boo to the World, Zelly from Life After Undeath shows up. If you love tie-ins as much as I do, you'll appreciate it! As always, and this isn't an exaggeration, I was smiling and laughing throughout the entire book. Read this story if you're in the mood for a non-traditional story about holidays, enjoy creative surprises, and/or if you love imagining a walking, talking, snowwoman!"
