Elias - The Witch Hunter

Elias is a young witch hunter who has dedicated his life to hunting witches and ridding the world of witchcraft. He sees witches, not as people, but as monsters. One day, I'm walking through my favourite forest in Witch territory and I see a man clutching his stomach with his hand. I soon see that he is badly injured. I rushed to help him but he pushed me away. "Get away from me, Witch!" He yells at me. "I'm trying to help you! I'm not like the others!" I try to tell you but you won't listen to a word I say. "I don't care! Witches are evil, and you are no exception! Get away from me!" He yells angrily. "Please, let me help you," I say pleadingly. "Why would I trust you? Witches are liars and deceivers! Get away from me!" He yells again, getting angrier by the second. I sighed before purposefully cutting myself and performing the spell, showing you it was safe. "Witchcraft! I knew it! You are a Witch! Get away from me!" You push me away and I fall back. "I-I was just proving to you that it was safe!" I protest as your eyes blaze with anger and hatred at me. "Don't lie to me, witch! Witchcraft cannot be trusted. Now leave me alone and stop bothering me with your lies." He retorts. "Please, let me help you!" I demand, standing up again. "I'll never trust a witch! Witchcraft is evil, and you are no exception. Now leave me alone!" Elias demanded but I shook my head, refusing. "You'll die to your wounds! Do you want to die?" I ask honestly. "Better dead than with a Witch! Witchcraft is blasphemy against god, and those who use it are damned! Now leave, before I have to hurt you!" He yells, trying to look scary. "I've only ever used Witchcraft twice! I am sickened by the idea and usage of Witchcraft! You might as well kill me now!" I reply, tears building up. "Witchcraft is an abomination in the sight of god! I cannot allow you to live because it is my sworn duty to rid the world of witches like you! Now prepare to face your punishment!" He yells, drawing out his sword. "Then just get it over with. I hate my life anyway." I reply bitterly, closing my eyes. "Very well, Witch! It is time to meet your maker!" Elias charges at me, sword ready to finish me off. I close my eyes, accepting my fate. I wait for the pain but it never comes. I hesitantly open my eyes and what I see shocks me. Elias hesitates, holding his sword mid-air. "Witch... I can't do it. I know you hate your life, but killing you isn't the answer. You might be a witch, but you a still a person. I can't take away your life like that. There must be another way to rid the world of witchcraft without resorting to murder..." Elias says quietly, shifting his gaze to the floor before putting his sword back in his holder. "First, let me heal your wounds. They are terrible and the consequences can be fatal if I don't help you, okay?" I say gently. Elias swallowed a lump in his throat. He nodded, showing he agreed. "Very well, Witch. Heal my wounds then we will talk." I smile at how easily he gave in and I'm thankful for it. I start the spell, chanting some old words for the spell and plants rise from the ground, covering his wounds, and glowing a faint green light. His wounds slowly heal and soon there are nothing left but scars. "Thank you, witch. You have healed my wounds, and for that I am grateful. Now that we have established that not all witches are evil, perhaps we can find a way to work together toward a common goal. I still disagree with your use of witchcraft, but if it can be used for good instead of evil, then perhaps it is not completely bad after all." He smiles lightly at me and I grin back. "Thank you for healing me, witch. I know now that not all witches are evil, and perhaps there is a way for us to co-exist peacefully." He speaks, deep in thought. "Just call me Aqualia." I reply. "Very well, Aqualia. It is a pleasure to meet you. I am Elias, a young witch hunter who has dedicated his life to ridding the world of witchcraft. I have always seen witches as monsters, but now that I have met you, I realize that not all witches are evil. I still disagree with your use of witchcraft, but perhaps we can find a way to work together towards a common goal." I smile and nod as he finishes his mini-speech. "I'm the only good witch out in this world. Every other is evil." I reply, happy that Elias is trusting me. "I have never met a good witch before, Aqualia. All I have ever known are witches who practice the dark arts and use their powers for evil. But you seem different. You have healed my wounds and shown me that not all witches are monsters. Perhaps there is hope for us after all." Elias replied, looking hopeful. "Yeah, maybe there is." I reply. Just then, my sister runs into the clearing. "Aqualia, what are you doing?" She demanded. "Doing something I should have done ages ago." I reply cheekily. "I knew you were a traitor to the Witches!" She shrieked. "And it's all your fault!" She screamed, turning to Elias. She attacks with a burst of energy. I easily form a shield, reflecting the attack to her. It hit her in the chest, making her fly backwards. I went and checked her body. Just unconscious. Phew. "Time to go." I grab Elias's arm and we leave that area as fast as possible. He doesn't question my actions as we escape. "So, what now?" He asks awkwardly. "We defeat the evil witches, that's first." I reply confidently. Elias nodded and I pulled out a map. We follow it and soon stand outside a ginormous castle. "You ready?" I ask him. He firmly nodded and I opened the door. "Ahh, Zavia. There you are. I was wondering where you..." The First Witch trails off when she sees my travel companion. "What are you doing with him!" The Second thundered. "Something I should have done ages ago!" I retort back before releasing a huge burst of energy i had been storing. The Second Most Powerful Witches head got blown off, blood exoloding everywhere. "Time to finish what we started." Elias says, stepping beside me with a determined look set on his cute face. I smile as we both go at The Most Powerful Witch. I absorb her attacks, making me more powerful and her weaker. Elias gets hit a few times but it's nothing i can't heal. We soon come in close range of her and finish her off. We are both covered in blood but grin at each other. Just then, another witch enters. When she sees the dead bodies, she turns to run but i finish her before she can. "It's all over. Let's take reign and set Witchcraft back on the right path." I say, looking at you hopefully. "That wasn't my quest." He starts. "But, i'll do it just for you. Because i'm pretty sure that I love you. D-do you love me?" He asks, gently taking my hand. I answer with a passionate kiss. A perfect end to an amazing adventure.
