Prologue
Through the haze of time we fly. Way back past all the history of man and all that we have accomplished. Past the great cataclysms and changes of our world and still further. Through the mist of the existence of our universe we go all the way back to the beginning. In the realms of the multiverse levels beyond our reality and our true understanding something happened.
A vibration through the fabric of dimensions. A sound from places unknown and near beyond our imagining. A word of creation and of power. Immense forces, light heat and energy that can only be described as magical and spiritual in our understanding and language coming together in one song. One verse. The universe comes to be.
The beginning of space and time in our reality and the beginning of the story of our existence is a story that can only be one that comes from our dreams and our assumptions and from deep within the resonance our human spirit. Well beyond the history of any race or being from our plane, where the stories of the creation of our universe appears from out of our history can again only be assumed and deduced, but a commonality that comes and reoccurs often from the stories of many cultures is that of light and sound. One’s imagination can only search in lust of the image of beauty this event must have heralded.
We shoot forward now at the start of our journey through history. Through the churning of a newly created existence. Through heat and pressure and light and the wild elements of creation that our science has yet to even touch upon until we reach the formation of a planet, ours but not ours.
Stardust, billions of years old and from millions of light years away condenses. Again pressure and heat, miniscule in comparison to the power of the creation of the universe but still intense beyond our understanding. Elements combine and form shape coming together within the gravitational pull of a young sun.
Time passes as the glowing hot planet slowly starts to cool. Losing the heat created in the process of formation it spins on its heavenly orbit around the still turbulent young sun. Through the miracles that are this existence life in the form of the first microscopic serpentine organisms have started to multiply within the small superhot pools of water on the planet. In time these organisms will evolve into the first dinosaurs. The Eons pass.
From deep within our galaxy, out of the grand distance of space comes a stranger. Hurtling through the void, a massive rock screams along the path of destiny towards our young solar system and the still cooling planet formed within its sphere and the juvenile life growing there. On the rock held in stasis through the long journey are the rare molecules of a new and unusual life essence.
Through the outer rings of the solar system the rock plummets, the guiding hand of fate steering it towards the small new planet. A tremendous collision consumes the solar system as the two celestial body’s impact sending shock waves millions of light years into the space around.
Many years later, as the heat and light of the collision subside, out of the debris and destruction the solar system and the small planet have changed. Now a moon orbits around the earthly sphere where there was none before and a belt of asteroids fill a void between the orbits of other planets in the system.
Again time passes shooting through the millennia in instances, the solar system and the planet settling into its place in the celestial rotation of the clockwork of the universe. Within the planet though something new is astir. The life essence from the now long ago celestial visitor has awoken and started to evolve alongside the life already residing on the earth.
Through all the time that had passed the great song of creation had never stopped being sung. Though unlikely beyond the count of odds the two strains of life essence had found a home together just the perfect distance from just the right sun, made up of just the right mix of elements and conditions for them to begin on the foundations of life. The still small bodies of water that were coming together on the planet had started to buzz with living energy and the planet had become alive.
Through a myriad of incredible circumstances that can truly only be seen as divine in their directing, evolution had begun on our planet. The waters flourished, and the forests bloomed and soon the very first mammals appear. The journey of the planet we call home and the evolution of life on it and the great mystery that it was to stage, had started.
