Falling for my Scottish Man

Vicky's POV

I'm a nervous wreck.

After months of sexting with my “hot as sin” friend from Scotland, I finally found courage to sit on a plane and travel across Europe to pay him a surprise visit.

We saw each other on video calls every night, texted whole days, so I knew all there was to know about him. His name was Andrew McCarthy and he was born in Scotland. He worked in his own garage, repairing cars. He was a father to a little girl that was only a bit less than 2 years old and she meant the world to him. He is 36 years old, which is 8 years older than me, but age has never come between us so far.

So here I was flying over Europe from my little country, Slovenia, to visit a man I had never seen in person so far. But the attraction between us was palpable even through the phone.

Now I was only hoping he would be happy to see me.

The flight attendant stopped at my seat.

“Ma’am, are you alright? You’re making me nervous to be honest.”

“Sorry, it’s just my first time on a plane and to top it all off, I’m going for a visit to someone I have never met in person before.”

Her face softened and she gave me a sympathetic smile. “Now, darling, I can’t help your nerves concerning your visit, but I can try to make your flight a bit more comfortable. I’ll be back fast with a pillow and a drink for you.”

“Thank you. That would be awesome.” I smiled, somewhat relieved.

Now I only had to wait for the plane to land, find his house and my bubbly self.

Sounds like an easy plan. But the closer I got to Scotland, the more on edge I felt.
