These characters are very relatable and likable. I’m interested to see this relationship blossom and to learn more about bees! I LOVE a plucky redhead, so I’m hooked!! More, please?!"

"This story was recommended to me by my wife. I am an avid reader, but in all honesty most of what I read is history, historical fiction, or military fiction. That being said, the reason my good with recommended this short story is because I have a secret…I love Hallmark Christmas movies. There, I said it; it’s out in the open. This story reads exactly like a Hallmark Christmas movie, without Christmas of course. The character development was exceptional. Reading, I felt like I knew each character. The author’s ability to “paint a picture “ leads me to believe that she lived her story. Having been born and raised in Appalachia, based upon the setting I can feel the authenticity of her writing. BotanicalGin is what my grandmother would call a “Natural Born Storyteller.” I cannot wait to read her completed novel. I do have one slight complaint…wish she had included the gruesome jingle about knitting!!! 😁 BotanicalGin, great job and great adventures to you."
