The Leanan Sidhe Kingdom prospered in the times of peace. Queen Featherlight was the latest royal in a long line of nobles to rule over the faerie kingdom, allowing art and music to reign supreme. The days of strife and suffering had long passed into legend. Only the purest of scholars even believed it had ever happened.
That is, until the Walrus Kingdom arrived.
Lead by King Marus, the walrus army marched from their frozen northern reaches, malice dripping from their tusks and weapons alike. They destroyed everything in their path, seeking domination of the world over.
One faerie was chosen to seek and plead aid from the humans.
One faerie was protected in hopes of survival.
One faerie survived.
The others did not.
