A collection of poems that were written during a dark time of my life. **If you are struggling with suicidal thoughts- don't do it. There are things to focus on to get you through. And once you're through, you'll be glad you stayed.** I hope that putting this work out there it might raise awareness on those who have been in this dark space. And if those in a dark space are reading this - I've been there. I know you can get through it. You just need to know. TLDR: keep on keepin' on.

I was the one who prevented myself from taking all my pills.
I was the one who decided to put the bottle down and have enforced myself to keep it down.
I was the one who steadied my mind.
I was the knight in shining armor I so desperately needed. This book, it is dedicated to me.
