Chapter 1
I sighed. This eight hour plane ride feels more like eighteen hours. I really don't want to go back to Nevada. It's so boring there, I live in the middle of nowhere. I drift off.
I'm awakened by the flight attendants.
" Pepsi? Sure thing." "And for you sir?" They're in the row ahead of me. "Would you like anything to eat or drink?" "No thanks" I say.
"No thank you" said the lady next to me.
"AHH" "SKRR" Bones crackle. Joints snap. Silence. My lips quiver as i look at the blood around me. Only then do I realize I'm bleeding.
"Somebody help me" I say with tears streaming down my face. I hear heavy breathing.
"Hello?" Someone says in a shaky voice. I unbuckle my seatbelt digging into my waist and I slowly crawl over the unconscious bodies. As I look around I realize there is no chance any of these people are surviving. Blood. I try not to look at the leg that got torn completely off as I attempt to look for a person while trying not to look at people.
"Back here" She musters out.
I find her, help her unbuckle her jammed seatbelt, and she tells me to follow her. She takes me to the place where we cant see anybody. The bathroom. We cleaned up and found out the reason I was bleeding was because my stitches came out. Minor stitches, just around three of my fingers. Only a few stitches came out so no big deal. I cleaned it up and I was fine.
I can tell she's about to have a panic attack. There's really nothing I can do except attempting to comfort her. So I do. She starts to recover, and I guess so do I. It's only been about ten minutes after the crash, although it seems like an hour. The air starts getting thicker and I realize it's most likely smoke, we did just crash so, makes sense.
