"I’ll never do this book justice with a review, but this was incredible. How much research did you have to do?!?! I was continually laughing, wanting to hug everyone better, yelling at her.. just what a ride. I never saw the ending coming, though of course all us happily ever after girlies were still hoping through to the end. I was affectionately calling this my “traveling circus” book to my hubby when he raised an eyebrow at my giggles. You did every character justice. "

How to End Eternity: A story I never wanted to end
"What a book. Absolutely extraordinary. It’s one of those rare stories I’ll be thinking about for weeks to come. If I could give it 10 stars, I would without hesitation. Aria Evermore has lived for centuries and that’s not an exaggeration. The only thing she wants more than a hot plate of chimichangas is to finally end it all. Then a timid, sweet-hearted psychiatrist, Jacob Bergstein bursts into her life, starting an unlikely friendship and promising to help lift the curse of her immortality so she can finally punch her ticket. What follows is some of the wackiest hijinks I’ve ever read, and it was absolutely stunning. The characters they meet along the way who become part of their troupe are just as colorful and vibrant as the locations their worldwide scavenger hunt takes them to. I’m in awe at how Elo has honed her wit as sharp as a whip while still maintaining tender moments that had me in full-blown tears. this book really is a masterclass in balancing humor and heart. What Elo has created is an everlasting tale of love, friendship, and the tender ache of wanting to give life one more try. It’s a beautiful paradox: a story about ending everything that makes you want to embrace it all."
A quest! And a desire to sabotage that quest!…
"Aria has been around for quite a while longer than she wants to be (meaning that she much more than predates the Jesus who she isn’t convinced actually multiplied loaves of bread for the masses), and it’s because she is immortal, and she has had enough and wants to get rid of her pesky-to-her immortality! Some of us might be like, “What?!?!?! She has the best thing ever, and wants to ditch it???” and that brings us to the idea that something can sometimes be a blessing for one person and a curse for another person. A man named Jacob has promised to help her figure out how to ditch her immortality, but he secretly wants to convince her not to ditch it, but she’s pretty perceptive and let’s Jacob know that she’s onto his little scheme and that he won’t be convincing her of anything! Others join their crew as well, and they have adventures that are sometimes scary and tough but are also full of heartwarming moments that cause Aria to become less upset with the world for a little while (or at least cause her to become lost in the moment so that she isn’t thinking about what she dislikes about life for a little while). I’m over 200 pages into this book so far, and it’s very thought-provoking, fun, exciting, and has very relatable characters who have intriguing pasts and perspectives. If you’re looking for an excellent and adventurous tale (with lots of great and fun historical references) that also wrestles with very profound themes and has a wonderful cast of characters who often interact in intriguing ways then this is the book for you! I highly recommend reading this book, and I look forward to reading the rest of it and finding out how the story will go!…"
I just lack words
"In my vocabulary there aren't enough superlatives to properly describe this fantastic book! It's hillarious and incredibly witty, it's lighthearted yet profound, it's sarcastic yet sweet, it's nailbiting suspenceful, it brings lots of tears both of laughter and sadness,... In the very beginning Elo wrote a warning that this is a very slow burn romance, which I suppose it is, but if it was any bit faster, it just wouldn't be believable. The story is so unique! Everything is described so perfectly that you feel like being there with Aria and Jacob. You can easily visit the world with them. All the characters are so precious, all of them grow into even more amazing people then when you first meet them (and they are super amazing from the very first moment). I'm definitelly going to read all the other books from this very talented author. Oh, and last but not least, definitely don't skip comment section - the author's interaction with readers is hillarious as well ;)"
A grand adventure of love and friendship

A classic and funny "he falls first"
"From the best opening ever "Humanity sucks" to the perfect ending, I laughed, I cried and I was addicted to the book. I love the overall light hearted tone, Aria's humor, Margret's curiosity, and of course Jacob for being Jacob. Although this book is more of a romcom, it does have it's serious moments. But most of the times I raveled in historical facts, met one or two real-life people from the past and dived into the characters. It's quite unique, not the normal vampire/immortal, and the first time I discovered a really hateful immortal. And boy does she hate everything. Her character growth is AMAZING! Can recommend it to everyone! A fun read!"
A great book you won't regret reading!
"I think the last updates will be coming sooner than later which makes me sad because this has become my favorite book to read. It's so original and nothing like anything I've ever read before and I've tried reading books that aren't similar to those I normally read and have a hard time getting into them. This book, I never had a hard time getting into it and it has me checking back constantly to see if a new update has been uploaded. Even though the ending hasn't been written yet, I can definitely recommend this to basically everybody except the seriously religious, they may get a little mad lol but it's just a book so even if I wasn't atheist I'd like to think I'd still be able to enjoy it but idk about everyone"
LOVE IT FOR ALL ETERNITY
"Okay, where to start? Probably by praising Elo Franklyn for coming up with story ideas that have never been there before. Like this story. We follow Aria, a 5000-year-old, woman filled with rage, hate, and disdain for humanity. She and her psychiatrist Jacob try to break the curse that made her immortal. They travel the world: Egypt, the UK, France, Germany, Italy, and two jungles on two continents. On their way, they meet new people and the group grows - like Aria's heart. I'm NOT at the end of the book, but I loved all 72 chapters so far! The witty writing style and the dialogue are incredibly funny. I dare you to read it on public transport, I embarrassed myself (Just saying: "Eggplant!" - Snort laughing in the metro!) Plus seeing Aria slowly turn from incredibly rude to loving is amazing! Though it is a very slow process. But I shall mention it: If you can't handle a pope being called "holy horndog," or Aria declaring (and explaining) how religion is a big hoax, or her digging through ancient HOLY bones - you should reconsider reading this book. Overall this is a pretty amazing romantic comedy with a load of adventure. And though Elo loves alliterations: A Sassy Suspenseful Slowburn at Snails-Speed! "
