Dream knew that because he was the owner of the relics Tʜᴇ ʀᴇᴠɪᴠᴀʟ ʙᴏᴏᴋ

and he knew he had to be careful with telling someone about it the revival book couldnt be handed to anyone bad

Dream knows there isnt only good relics like the revival book there was also bad relics like a helmet named 'Clave' that had the power of making the user of it make two bars of hearts but it had a problem whoever used it would become crazy
