Literally caught myself holding my breath through certain scenes because it is literally breathtaking! The picture painted by the Author literally transported me right into this story and I throughly enjoyed every emotional roller coaster minute of it! "I was excepting a lot more well spice, but I actually really loved the way the romance developed! I think it could be have been a little slower. I loved the fantasy aspect, by the end I do feel the Mc got too powerful-too the point that it killed any sense of danger— so that that hurt the big fight scene alittlr! But i loved the way it world was set, if you like fantasy with rules, and internal politics it acted as great set dressing! The plot was actually intriguing, first book above 10 chapters I have managed to finish - spice pulls you in but the plot and twists keep you seated! Overall loved this, all the characters are fleshed out and have distinct personalities which gave the book a lot of life! Add this to top of your list if you like urban fantasy! <3"
