A magical mystery
"I love this story and how realistically it is written. This is another one I first read on Wattpad and enjoyed very much. I was especially fascinated by the wonderful descriptions of the island and how the weather seemed to be an intricate part of the story itself. It is such a wonderful dance between nature and mystery that I found it breathtaking. Add to it the intriguing mystery and it's just the perfect blend to keep me constantly engaged and wanting to know more. It felt like I was solving the mystery myself while enjoying the beautiful scenery as the story transports you then and there and doesn't let you go. "

Just beautiful
"I'm really really impressed by the descriptions of the setting of this story. It feels as if one could stand on the cliff with Emma and Liam and see it all unfold. Then there is an intriguing mystery, a beautiful and - until now - seemingly uncomplicated love story and lovingly teasing parents. So even though there is this suspenseful element of the ghost of Anne Byron, until now it is a feel-good story, that makes me want to read much more of it."
The White Lady of Foggy Island
"Liam wasn’t particularly looking forward to his new life at Eilean Ceothach, otherwise known as Foggy Island, but he wasn’t against the idea either, enjoying his father’s youthful enthusiasm and the happy smiles the isle inspires in his mother. Foggy Island is indeed filled with smoky tendrils of mist, but it is also beautiful with its two abandoned light houses and flora atmosphere. There is a melancholy beauty to his surroundings and Liam feels his need to paint stir within him. On his first night of the isle, he sees a slender woman with long, dark hair and an old fashioned hat, walking barefoot towards the lighthouse. Liam is mesmerized by the woman’s beauty. Later at breakfast he asks his father about the woman. “Don’t tell me you saw, The White Lady of Fog Island?” his father asks inquisitively. Liam refuses to answer. All he knows is that he has a deep desire to see the woman again, and learn the secret of what drives her nightly walks. This was well-written. I enjoyed Silvia Krpatova’s poetic imagery with her descriptions of the island. The mystical woman is a fun character too. Is she a ghost? I’m not sure, but I’m willing to bet Liam is going to fall in love with her. I hope she’s uh …safe. Lol. This novel is perfect when you’re in the mood for a romance story, mixed with a haunting mystery. "
