What is your opinion?

Funny, Chaotic, and Totally Addictive

" ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ From the very first line, this story hooked me. The premise is such a unique blend of comedy, chaos, and romance waking up in a mental hospital after one wild night? Absolute gold. Amy and Julian’s dynamic is hilarious yet charged with tension; you can’t help rooting for them even while laughing at their awkward, petty avoidance of each other. The writing style feels fast-paced and witty, with just enough mystery to keep you guessing. The looming threat of revenge adds a darker edge that balances out the humour perfectly. It’s not just romance there’s a clever undercurrent of suspense that keeps you flipping pages. If you’re looking for something that will make you laugh, gasp, and maybe blush a little, this story delivers. I can’t wait to see where Amy and Julian’s summer of chaos leads next. "

Perfect for adding a little excitement to an otherwise boring day

"Amy's narration is incredibly cynical and sassy while Justin's is cool and laid back, at least at first. I loved watching Justin start to lose his cool as he began to experience the bad luck Amy was so used to. But the questions remain: what happened that night?? Who's watching them? How will all this unfold? Time will tell, so I've got to dive back in until it all comes together. Full of humor and sass, I'd definitely recommend this when you're ready for some fun and a change of pace."

Cozy & Humorous Read! ❤️

"The contrast between the main character’s point of view is top-notch! 👌🏾 I fell in love with this story immediately I started reading it. The narrative is easy to follow, having a unique, cozy feel. Amy is a funny character whose luck is never on her side. I love how cool Julian is from the beginning, until he stole my girl’s laptop 😭 She was the unlucky one, while he was the lucky one. After they switched places, Julian finally knows how it feels and gets a taste of his own medicine. The mental asylum thing is what he gets for being so dismissive of her feelings . But now I feel bad for him 🥺. It’s a humorous and lighthearted story for any one whose going through a tough time. BTW, still looking forward to Amy getting her laptop! "

Funny and creative

"This so far has been a run read. The author has a funny and clean voice. Reading from the point of view of two people who got black out drunk and are piecing together what happened to get them stuck in a mental hospital has been a new twist I have had a fun time seeing evolve. "

Hilarious and Unpredictable!!!

"I think Sarra is the queen of hilarious, laugh-out-loud narratives! All her characters are fantastic, and their sarcastic voices always bring a smile to my face, but this one really takes the cake! I couldn't stop laughing at their inner monologues, especially Julian's! The pace is faster than her other novels, but I’m loving it. I’ve read up to chapter four and still have no idea where this story is going, so I’m in for a long ride to cheer on my adorable kids, Amy and Julian. 🩶 I can’t wait for these two to fall in love. It’s going to be epic. 🖤🖤"

A compelling story

"From what I have read so far I came to really like the main character, Amy because I think she is written in a way that makes her very relatable and realistic. Many of the feelings she has are so well-written that I can relate to her and her struggles. So, to me, the strongest thing about this story is its characters. Both of the main characters are unique, they are their own people and they are people you want to learn more about. I especially want to read more about the main characters' interactions because they are so strikingly different from each other which makes it even more intriguing to see what the future has in store for them. I think the author has quite a nice wonderfully flowing style that makes this book quite an easy read. Furthermore, I didn't notice any technical issues which is usually something that distracts me when I am reading a story. So, I think the author's writing skills are great and she does a great job of making us relate to the characters, share in their struggles. All in all, it's an intriguing read that makes me want to know more about these characters. "
