Following our conversation, the woman, who I later learned was the mother figure of the family, warmly announced that I had secured the position.

She had kindly offered to send her private car to pick me up and drive me to their house, which was located 45 miles away from mine. She reassured me that I only needed to bring a few personal items as her family would ensure I had everything necessary for my stay.
