"I thoroughly enjoyed this story. The characters are engaging and the plot is interesting. I am so glad someone had chosen to go deeper into this topic than the usual. It’s about time someone brought out the lasting and crippling effects that can result in abuse and follow someone into adulthood. In a book that is accessible to more than academics. Self help books can be daunting and educational material seems too sterile for the topic. Approaching this within a romance novel makes it feel more organic and approachable. It can be a hard read but offers light and encouragement Thank you for being so sensitive to the topic and opening up space for dialogue. I have much respect for your handling of the topic while also crafting an engaging story with wonderful characters. This is more than a “shifter romance”. Bravo"

I love this authors imagination of a werelion storyline and the fact they can turn their mates. I love the relationship between Trae and Kat. Roger and Valerie are definitely a key couple to those around them. The other couples added to this book just leads us to the next book. I can't wait for it to be complete. Fantastic job, author 💞🩷💞"

"I loved the story. The child abuse was traumatic and sad to read, but I’m glad that so much was written in detail and not just glossed over. Certainly a story with some eye opening awareness issues. And I loved that the shifter in this story was a werelion. I love werewolf stories but the lion in this story just seemed so much better. "
