Chapter 1

Ava had always been a bright and cheerful young woman, full of energy and enthusiasm for life. She had a loving family, supportive friends, and a promising career ahead of her. But everything changed one fateful day when she experienced a devastating loss that shook her to her core.

Ava's beloved grandmother, who had been like a second mother to her, passed away suddenly in a tragic accident. The shock and grief of losing someone so dear to her sent Ava spiraling into a deep pit of despair. She found herself unable to muster the strength to get out of bed in the morning, let alone face the world outside her bedroom walls.

Her once vibrant personality faded away, replaced by a heavy sense of emptiness and hopelessness. Nothing seemed to bring her joy anymore, not even her favorite activities or spending time with her friends. It was as if a dark cloud had settled over her, casting a shadow on every aspect of her life.

Ava's family and friends tried their best to support her, to lift her spirits and help her through this difficult time. But no matter how hard they tried, Ava couldn't shake the heavy weight of depression that had settled on her shoulders. She felt like she was drowning in a sea of sadness, unable to swim to the surface for air.

In a last-ditch effort to find some relief, Ava sought out help from a therapist who specialized in treating depression. But even after weeks of therapy and medication, Ava's condition only seemed to worsen. She was trapped in a cycle of despair, unable to see a way out of the darkness that consumed her
