I Believe
I Believe I can fight through my tears
Through trials and tribulations
Through these roller-coasters
Through these fears
I Believe affliction is but for a moment
I Believe Joy is eternal
That when the going gets tough
I, the Tough, will get going
I Believe Faith will see me through
Through these moments filled with confusion and vicious circles
I Believe the bigger liar is the enemy
And the biggest truth is Jesus
I Believe these fiery darts are consciously sent
To inhibit that which is mine,
But,
I Believe I’m better than these circumstances
I Believe I dictate my responses
I believe that which does not kill me
Makes me stronger
I Believe I will always go farther
I Believe, in utter despair, there is Hope
I Believe, even in doubt
I Believe people are not the enemy
The prince of this world is
He sees all that God has made me
And vows to bring it to nonentity
But,
I Believe in the finished work of the cross
Therefore, I’m equipped with the full armour of Christ
I Believe that even my mistakes
Work together for my better
I Believe experiences are not coincidences
They are not in vain
That even through correction, I am better
That my reward awaits me
I Believe all hurt, all pain
Will one day give way
To a perfect state of Joy
I Believe, I am living in the last days
I Believe I am alive in such a time as this
For a reason
I Believe I am part of the Renaissance
For His Coming
I Believe my Saviour and Friend is coming
To make perfect all that is mortal
So, no temporary high or low will be
Able to steal this Divine Peace
I Believe
Why?
The Power in Believing
Is the Power in Being
It shuts doubts up
It stirs dreams up
It releases a force bigger than man
Set out to make tangible what is said
It is no respecter of gender or clan
It gives Life to which is seen as dead
There will be occurrences
That will paint truth otherwise
Understand it is a vice
To keep you from the prize
You are not alone
Keep Believing
We have a reason to Be Living
Each to conquer his own
Believe in You
Believe in Me
It is Love
It is Life
People are not the adversary
Unphysical powers are
Our Unity is our Victory
Against all odds, on a par
The Power in Believing
Is the Power to Believe in
It is the Power to Be Living
It is the Power to Being
It is the Power to Be In
It shuts hell up
It stirs Heaven up!
