A Night Consummated By Memories

You said "evidently it's been a while. are you still chilling outside talking to girls and smoking black&milds"

My heart is stuck upon this turnstile I've been trying to push over for a few miles.

They're all lined up rank and file. I've been getting drunk with all these women i have on speed dial.

Where do we go from here? Do I really wanna hear?

Do you even have the right to reappear like some throwback style?

"its almost 5 am and to that bottle you still adhere".

Get out my ear and cease whatever this is.

Do you want to tell me what is it that you miss.

What are these games you're playing? are you bluffing as you reminisce?

This whiskey has me floating. I'm feeling like my boy wavy, I've been going crazy and your words are sounding rather hazy.

"Why are we still we out here arguing causing all this commotion. its fucking cold can we just go inside your house".

Just like that

The love scabs that's been healing? It begins peeling.

I take another swig of the bottle maybe i'm tripping but i'm just here tipping the jack back trying to numb my heart from ripping.

Girl stop all this fronting. your hips move in slow motion. almost like it needs some sexual confronting.

When are you going to admit that you miss it?

He can't be that important

A confession needs to be submitted.

"how's life, how's finding a wife going"

i'll indulge even though this conversation is boring.

A strife I've been losing. shes moving and i'm boozing. jealousy consuming i ask about her husband soon to be.

She dismisses the question, takes a few shots then assumes the position.

I can see that there's a curse on her back and i really need to break it

Whatever go on and get naked. All this separation made me give in i might as well bend her over and take it.

lift up your skirt and throw whatever feelings you had for him on me.

My drunken heart calls for thee, let me know that you and him aren't meant to be.

Your writing is absolutely fantastic powerful, emotional, and deeply moving. It’s the kind of work that deserves to be seen by more eyes, beyond this space. There's a massive platform one that turns stories like yours into monthly streams of passive income. if you're open to something bigger… I’d love to show you what’s possible.

mariedavismd312: This was Avery spiritual read. The last 2 chapters where very disappointing. That was such a let down unless there is a sequel. Burgess should have been punished for what he did. There was no explanation for his hatred for Jeremiah. I figured he was being set but just had the wrong person. I loved ...
