Chapter | (the news)
It was a cold rainy sunday afternoon, they rain was shining as if it was little pieces of diamons, and thy sky was dark blue, almost black. It was so quiet in the city... So quiet that you could hear the rain slowly falling on the ground. michelle was sitting on her bed writing in her journal while listening to her favorite songs. She couldn't stop looking at the rain because it was miserable, she thought that it would be so cool if she just could go outside and write there, with a Peaceful mind but it was too cold, and she hates it when its cold. She took her headphones out and laid them on the side, then she closed her journal, put it in her drawer and laid her pen down right next to it.
Just as she lay the journal she heard someone say her name, it was her mom. With the recognition of the voice she knew it's going to be something that she didn't expect. "Michelle, can you come here please?" Michelle was annoyed because the blanket was so comfortable and it would be cold if she stood up, but she evantually did. Michelle put her slippers on and left the room leaving the door open. "Yes mom? What is it?" Her mom was reading the note to the end before she started speaking, as she read the last word she put a smile on her face and looked so excited. "I just got some news! Well, you're getting transferred to a new school!" Michelle wasnt really interested and looked disappointed. "Really mom? That's it? Im tired of being transferred to a new school every year!" Michelle was angry, she went to so many different private school's every year she was getting so tired of them. "That's the thing! You're getting into a public school!" Her mom said really excited "isnt it what you wanted?" Michelle was speechless but so happy at the same time. She hugged her mom so tight her mom couldnt almost breathe "ok ok, i know your excited pumpkin, but dont get too excited." Michelle stopped and calmed herself down. "Sorry mom"
Her mom handed her the list she needed to pack for the next day, "*the first day is tommorow already? Cool!*" Thought michelle to herself. "Alright hun, im gonna go make lunch while you pack your stuff Alright?" "Okay mom" michelle ran to her room and closed the door. She was so happy, she sat down and took her journal, she started writing the information she just got with a big excitement. After writing she went to her closet and opened the door to it. She took out a brand new backpack she just got for her birthday, it was black. michelle looked at the backpack happily and threw it on her bed. She closed the door to the closet and went straight to her book and notebook section and she took out a few notebooks and books she needed and put it in her backpack. She has just finished packing and wanted to look for cute clothes she could wear for the first day. She opened her closet door once again and already took out a shirt she loved, it was her favorite black T-shirt with her favorite singer on it, it was billie eilish. She put it on her bed and heard a calm voice of her mother. "Honey, come eat!" "Finally! Im starving lol" michelle went as soon as possible to the kitchen. The lunch was KFC, her favorite meal of all times. It was a birger and a whiel bucket of spicy chicken, with a sprite added. She was so so so happy "yay omg thank you mom!! Its my favorite!! But werent you supposed to make it?" She asked curious"yeah but i was too tired so i ordered instead" her mom answered "oh alr"
Michelle ate her food with her mom while talking about how excited michelle was for the first day of school. After the food, michelle sprinted to her room and contonued packing for tomorrow. When she finished packing, she took her journal, sat down on her swinging chair and started writing again, before she knew it, it was dinner time already. "Michelle honey, im going to my friend's house to help her built something, please make your dinner yourself I'll be home in around 3 hours!" Her mom yelled before leaving. As soon as her mom started the car michelle went downstairs to look for some food, although there wasnt really much michelle found a sandwich and went to her room to eat it. She ate her sandwich and after that, she got bored, she finished the journal page, she finished packing, her room is clean, she's got nothing to do. And then she remembered she has a TV in her room. "Right, i have my TV. I'll just play just dance on it." She turns the TV on, clicks on just dance and then she picks a song put wich she dances to it. The 3 have urs that she thought were gonna be so long flew by actually pretty fast. Her mom came home and asked her if she ate already. "Yes mom. I did" andwered michelle "ok michelle, please go to sleep then, i want you to get enough sleep and energy for tommorow" "alright mom, going to sleep right up! i just wanna finish this dance and ill be going to sleep!" Michelle fonished her dance quickly and got ready for bed, she wasnt sleepy but she wanted to get enough sleep so she tried her best to fall alseep as quickly as possible. She couldnt fall asleep so quickly, she always stayed up late at night and she got used to it so it was hard but finally After a while she eventually did it and fell asleep, she will have enough sleep for the first day of school.
