Mystery with a Twist!
"Well written mystery, rich with details of a post Great War London. The main character evolves from the shell of a man who has seen the horrors of war and loss to a man who has the strength to acknowledge that while he may be whole now, he’s still suffering and wounded. Discovering that his inner drive to solve the mystery as well as his eventual belief and understanding that he can have a future is an enjoyable journey to read. While you suspect at the beginning who the villains are, all is not what it seems. Looking forward to more Augustus Hale mysteries!"
