Chapter 1
"Josh, if you do not get out of bed in the next 5 minutes, you are going to be late for school. NOW move it!!" Tia yells up stairs
"How is he supposed to run the pack if he can't even get out of bed for school? It is his last year of High School before he starts his all-day training with you." Tia sighs to Theo
Theo chuckles, "Tee, he is fine. He is just acting like a teenager. I was worse than he was, when I was his age."
"I know, I worry about him, you know" Tia sighs
"Mom, I will be fine. You don't have to worry about me" Josh says will kissing his mom on the cheek.
"You, young man, need to start listening to your alarm. If you don't start listening to it. You are really going to hate when your dad has to waking you up even earlier than the alarm clock for training" Tia scolds Josh. He rolls his eyes with a smile, "Yes, Luna. I will try better."
Theo shakes his head at Josh's words. Theo remembers his mom saying pretty much the same thing to him when he was Josh's age. He knows that Josh will be a good alpha especially once he finds his mate. He cares for the pack as much as him and Tia do. Theo just hopes that Josh doesn't get too cocky when it comes to training.
"Morning, dad. Are we going to spar after school again? I think I going to be able to pin you this time. I have been trying this new move that I have seen the warriors do and I think I got it down." Josh smiles at his dad.
"Ya, we are going to but it not going to be in human form this time, Josh. Also, the Betas and Gammas are going to be joining us this time." Theo looks at his son. Tia looks at Theo skeptically.
"That's awesome. My wolf has been bugging to be able to tussle with yours. Us guys have been wanting to show our dads that we can kick butt." Josh smiles at Theo
"Don't get too cocky, Josh. Your dad's wolf is very strong and stubborn. He will not give up so easy, and Theo you better not let your wolf hurt my son or you will have to deal with me. Now, Josh you have to leave for school, or you will be late and that is not an option." Tia scolds them both.
"Yes ma'am." Theo and Josh say at the same time. Tia rolls her eyes, as Josh leaves for school. He is a spitting image of his dad. One blue eye and one brown eye, and all muscle. The only thing he got from Tia was his hair, he has brown hair. She is very proud of the man he has become. He loves the pack and his friends. He is good in school and a lady's man, but Tia has told Josh not to get into trouble with the girls because his mate will be upset with him. Josh agreed only to flirt with them, Tia didn't like that answer, but it was better than nothing.
"He will be fine. I will make my wolf go easy on him, but he needs to be trained in human and wolf form, dear." Theo smile at Tia.
" I know but he gets cocky, and you know that. It is his weakness." Tia reminds Theo
"That is why we have to do this. He needs to learn that him being cocky is not going to help in battle. I have to get to the Alpha office." Theo says kissing Tia.
Tia sighs, "Ok, see you soon. Love you"
Theo smiles, "I love you, too."
