Why this is not some 10 year old’s angst writing thinking that depression is cool.

"I politely request that this author stopped pulling my heart out and curb stomping it. But really I thought that this was going to be another one of those cringeworthy angst written by a 10 year old. But I was thrown for a surprise when the plot kicked in and I got emotional investment in the characters. All of the characters have depth and feeling to them. The plot has happy and sad moments that balance the story out. If I had the choice to recommend this story to people I definitely would."

The author gives us an unbelievably realistic insight to the truth of bullying, harassment, and abuse in school and at home.
